Vintage Hotels is currently seeking a Full Time Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our growing team at our Queen's Landing location

What you'll be doing:

Carry out standards and procedures Monitor staff arrival & departure Assist servers during peek hours Supervise D.R. setup Responsible for group billing All opening and closing duties Ability to resolve guest and team member complaints Extensive Food and Wine Knowledge To ensure all opening and closing procedures are carried out in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures. To ensure all equipment in the department is correctly used, maintained and properly stored and is always kept clean, that inventory preparation is carried out and ensuring department is running efficiently. To be responsible for any monetary transactions during shift. All other duties as assigned.

What you'll bring to the team:

Smart Serve Certification Reliable transportation to Niagara on the Lake 3-5 years of previous serving experience preferred Strong ability to multitask Ability to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
