About the Job

Your Impact

As a Workplace Experience Coordinator you'll:

  • _Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a warm, professional demeanor. Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments._
- _Help coordinate and execute workplace events, activities, and programs to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. Ensure common areas are well-maintained and stocked._
- _Own all front desk administrative tasks, coordinating office related requests, managing office supplies, and handling mail and deliveries._
- _Provide administrative support to various departments as needed, including but not limited to credit card reconciliations, slide deck preparation, event support, etc._
- _Liaise with building management and vendors to ensure the office environment is clean, safe, and conducive to productivity._
- _Use Google Suite software to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting for office equipment._
- _Promote and uphold our company values and culture, contributing to a positive and inclusive workplace atmosphere._
