What You'll Do


As a key part of the SOTI Business Operations team, you will run the Americas Deal Desk at SOTI and support deal desk functions for Americas.

You will be the first point of contact supporting the Sales organization with Salesforce, pricing, quoting, commercial asks and other Business Operations Processes.

Document and maintain SOTI Deal Desk framework for pricing guidance, escalations and rules of engagement- Manage daily Deal Desk activities to evaluate deal economics, commercial terms and conditions, operational requirements and non-standard structuring requests- Maintain deal SLAs for response and escalations- Collaborate with sales teams for completion of deal analysis for pricing escalation review with Regional Bus Operations Leaders- Drive improvement across key sales processes, implement and automate enhancements to drive efficiencies across the sales cycle- Responsible for collaborating internally to ensure the data audit process and maintaining data hygiene within Salesforce- Drive funnel hygiene and ongoing opportunity management best practices with sales organization- Assist with coordination of Salesforce inquiries and quote adjustments- Coordinate upcoming schedule of contractual renewals to facilitate effective renewals- Support regional sales queries across Salesforce, quoting, commercials and reporting- Support analysis for go to market initiatives and commercial programme to drive sales- Ad hoc reporting as required

What You'll Bring- 3+ years of Business/ Sales Operations experience preferably in a SAAS environment- 2+ years' experience supporting a sales deal desk- Salesforce power user (Reports, Dashboards etc.)- Advanced Excel/G-sheet skills- Excellent attention to detail- Great communicator- Works well in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment- Proactive solution finder- Process oriented, great time management skills with a focus on prioritization- Collaborative team player- University degree in Business/Finance/Accounting
