We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to support our broker team.

We believe investment sales is a team sport and this is your chance to thrive in an environment where you can make a real impact and grow the team organically.

Creating ARGUS Enterprise (and ARGUS Developer) valuation models and various sensitivity analyses.
Collaborate with our brokers to prepare high-quality client deliverables and influential presentations that drive successful outcomes.

Be the driving force behind preparing compelling financial analysis for proposals and offering materials that showcase our expertise and work planning capabilities.

Gather and evaluate economic, demographic, and real estate market and transaction data, providing critical inputs for project-specific deliverables.
3+ years of work experience as a financial analyst, preferably with a focus on commercial real estate.

Proven experience with ARGUS Enterprise (experience with ARGUS Developer considered an additional asset) creating financial models for all major income-producing asset classes.

Bachelor's or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or Real Estate with excellent academic credentials.
CFA designation is considered an asset.

00 CAD per year Salary ranges are based on market data, which is reviewed annually and includes consideration of geographic location.
