About the role
- 1. Desktop support responsible for end user computing, including hardware, software and account issues.
- 2. Maintain & Support AV equipment in conference rooms and provide additional audio/visual support for events including townhall meetings, VTC and webcasts.
- 3. Printer support.
- 4. Windows OS installation, test and deploy windows images to LM Canada systems.
- 5. Software installation & support
- 6. Ensure IT practices are completed in accordance with LM Security practices.
