Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Assistant to join our dynamic team.

As a Project Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful execution of various tasks within our organization.

You will work closely with the team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized individual with a passion for project management.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the coordination of project activities, ensuring tasks are assigned, tracked, and completed in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with team members to gather, organize, and analyze projectrelated data and information.
  • Assist in maintaining project budgets by tracking expenses and preparing financial reports.
  • Communicate effectively with crossfunctional teams, ensuring everyone is informed about project updates and changes.
  • Perform various research tasks to support project planning and decisionmaking processes.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns, complaints, and technical issues with professionalism and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and basic social media marketing concepts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proactive problemsolving abilities and a proactive attitude.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
  • Previous experience in a project support or administrative role is preferred.

Location:
Our office is located in 100 Tempo Ave, North York, Ontario.

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 15 per week

Salary:
$17.00-$20.00 per hour
