All our products are shipped from the USA, India, China, and Pakistan. Post-pandemic the demand has exponentially increased. Each product comes from a specific country depending upon the specific type of human hair.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide technical leadership and oversight to the design and process development teams to support objectives for project completion
  • Analyze, plan, and organize the business structure.
  • Deliver compelling solutions powering the high demand especially postpandemic demand and supply.
  • Implement policies and procedures for electronic data processing and computer systems operations.
  • Align team priorities and work assignments to maintain critical project milestones and customer commitments
  • Integrate business solutions: Own all e Commercetechnical and graphical aspects.
  • Hire and train the team to develop and implement the operational systems.
  • Generate innovative solutions for delivering services and introduce new tools and technology to support business growth and client satisfaction.
  • Increase efficiencies, identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues and optimize cost savings and efficiencies for each customer.
  • Create operational structure departments with inbuild network systems from Procuring, shipping, deliveries, and storage.
  • Implement Electronic Data Processing, as a technology engineer to establish network administration, customer data management, and online marketing communications for the company.
  • Predict business trends and client behavior and plan accordingly.
  • Preserve assets, information security, and control structures.
  • Ensure security data, network access, and backup systems.

What You'll Bring to The Team:

  • Education equivalent to Bachelors' Degree in Information Technology, Business, or other related discipline or the equivalent in related work experience.
  • 3+ years of business analysis experience in a product management or similar role.
  • Experience handling teams and projects.
  • Demonstrated knowledge or experience in project management is an asset.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments.
  • Reliable, consistent, flexible, and adaptable.
  • Excellent communication, relationship building and interpersonal skills.

Job Types:

$39.00 per hour
