Identify critical gaps, documenting comprehensive proposals, and presenting effective strategies to manage complex interdependencies. Employ appropriate approaches, questioning techniques, and active listening to elicit information, clarify expectations, challenge assumptions, and recommend innovative alternatives to overcome challenges. Join an on-call rotation and be available outside regular work hours to collaborate with technical teams to respond to and resolve issues as they occur.
