WHAT YOU ARE GREAT AT:

  • Maintaining systems as required; patching, upgrading, monitoring and troubleshooting are regular activities during business hours, and sometimes outside of business hours to minimize service disruption.
  • Supporting acquisition content integration activities, including content migration to Cloud Contract Center and other standard OT tools.
  • Software development lifecycle: working with end users to understand the business need; translating business problems to functional and technical requirements. Requirements analysis and design documentation, build and test, Quality Assurance testing. Documenting the solution.

WHAT IT TAKES TO EXCEL:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, finance or a related area of study or significant experience in a similar role.
  • Selfmotivated, curious and interested in learning new technologies
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks, report writing, and other related technologies
  • Knowledge of business analysis, project management, and software development lifecycle (SDLC). Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile methodologies or the ability to learn quickly
  • Knowledge of ITIL methodologies and change, incident and problem management
  • Interest in system administration, infrastructure design, capacity planning and performance tuning
  • Experience with or willingness to learn process automation
  • A selfstarter attitude, a strong desire to learn as you go, and the belief that you can make a meaningful contribution to your immediate team, the business users that you serve, and to the organization as a whole.
