As the Front of House Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the venue, ensuring smooth service, impeccable space management, and exceptional guest experiences.

This role requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for hospitality.

DAILY OPERATIONS

  • Oversee daily frontofhouse operations to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
  • Manage the venue space, including minor maintenance tasks to maintain a pristine and functional environment.
  • Ensure all necessary supplies and equipment are available and in good working order for service.

SERVICE

  • Ensure smooth service flow, addressing any issues promptly to maintain high standards of guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team managers to implement service strategies that enhance the overall guest experience.

TEAM MANAGEMENT

  • Lead and support the FOH team, ensuring effective role execution.
  • Facilitate the successful integration and productivity of new team members.
  • Drive the development and performance management of bartenders.
  • Promote a positive, inclusive work environment, recognizing and rewarding outstanding performance, and encouraging open communication and feedback.
  • Manage FOH schedules, approving hours, and time off requests.

GUEST ENGAGEMENT

  • Engage with guests to ensure their needs are met and resolve any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Communicate effectively with guests to enhance their dining experience, providing information about the menu, specials, and events.
  • Monitor and respond to external communications, including guest feedback and online reviews.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

  • Assist with financial tasks as needed, including handling tips distribution, cashouts, and endofday financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with the financial management team to ensure accurate and efficient handling of financial operations.

TEAM COLLABORATION

  • Work closely with other managers and team leads to ensure cohesive operations and a unified approach to service.
  • Participate in regular meetings to discuss operations, guest feedback, and areas for improvement.
STANDARDS & COMPLIANCE

  • Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
  • Uphold the highest standards of service and cleanliness throughout the frontofhouse operations.
MARKETING & PROMOTION

  • Partner with the marketing team to elevate the restaurant's profile through strategic promotions and social media engagement.
  • Utilize digital platforms to highlight our unique offerings and signature events, drawing both new and loyal guests.
