The Front of House role is an integral part of the Werklab experience.

This team member will contribute to the considered details that make Werklab what it is - supporting operations from beginning to end.

As the first human (and Werklab touchpoint) someone engages with, the FOH is a culture beacon. A detail oriented eye and self starter energy are required.

Who you are.

  • Experience in reception or customer service, preferably in hospitality.
  • Competent in using digital tools for communication and basic data analysis.
  • Selfmotivated with the ability to manage projects and maintain high ethical standards.
Skills & experience.

  • Previous experience in reception or customer service, with a background in front of house, hotel, or hospitality.
  • Initiativetaking and project coordination skills, managing space and member experience meticulously.
  • Digitally proficient, able to navigate through communications and data analytics tools.
  • High ethical standards, empathy, and a sense of accountability.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the organization and cleanliness of our facilities.
  • Support and process membership changes with precision and care.
  • Welcome and assist guests and members; manage communication channels effectively.
  • Support member and community events, as well as internal team coordination.
  • Aid in event planning and execution while embodying Werklab's core values and mission.
