High-rise condo site management experience
Completed 2-3 full cycle condo projects in a site superintendent role
Ability to run a safe and tidy job site
Great relationships with trades, consultants and building inspectors
Ability to get ahead of potential issues to ensure the project stays on track
Leadership of site professionals providing mentorship for junior staff
