Sales Representative

Our client, a leader in automated systems, material handling and storage solutions, is seeking a Sales Representative in Calgary to join their dynamic team.

If you love coordinating with both internal and external partners, paying attention to every detail, and are a pro at communicating effectively, this role is for you. Experience in finding new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and a talent for project management are key.

Responsibilities:

  • Primary focus on driving new business and boosting revenue.
  • Demonstrate persistence in lengthy sales cycles, understanding the vital role of sales and service.
  • Thoroughly grasp customer needs, educate about product offerings, and provide suitable solutions.
  • Cultivate and sustain relationships with current and potential customers for business growth and exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure project deadlines and requirements are met.
  • Achieve revenue goals through targeted sales efforts aligned with department objectives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience, focusing on business development.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to engage with individuals at all levels.
  • Effective organization and time management capabilities.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, results-oriented, and committed to meeting targets.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities with a diplomatic and professional approach.
  • Keen attention to detail, adept at problem-solving and decision-making.

Remuneration:

The compensation package includes a competitive base salary, uncapped commission potential (OTE 100K+), generous vehicle allowance, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for career growth within a prominent Canadian organization.
