Sales Representative


Our client, a leader in automated systems, material handling and storage solutions, is looking for a Sales Representative in Calgary to join their team.


In this role you will coordinate with internal and external partners throughout the life of the projects, you are well organized, have fantastic attention to detail, strong communications skills, and experience in prospecting for new clientele and the development and support of current customers.


Responsibilities:

  • Key focus of this role is new business and revenue development.
  • Persevere throughout a lengthy sales process, with a keen awareness of the importance of sales and service.
  • Fully understand customer expectations, educate client’s online of products, and respond appropriately.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers to generate new business while maintaining high levels of customer service.
  • Coordinate with manufacturers, project management, engineers, designers, installers and customers to ensure project timelines and expectations are successfully met.
  • Generate revenue through sales activities working towards targets and department objectives.


Requirements:

  • 3+ years of sales experience, with a strong focus in business development.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills, you are a confident communicator, comfortable speaking with managers, executives and peers.
  • Good organization and time management skills
  • Highly motivated, self-starter with a high degree of initiative, a can-do attitude, results and goal-driven mindset and the ability to achieve set targets.
  • Polished customer service skills and an ability to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times.
  • Attention to detail in all areas of work with strong problem identification and problem resolution skills.


Remuneration:


Remuneration for this role consists of a competitive base salary with an uncapped commission plan-OTE 100K+, strong vehicle allowance, a great benefit package, and growth potential with a leading Canadian company
