Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Swiftly and accurately process 911 calls and emergency signals, even in highpressure scenarios.
  • Coordinate emergency responses, confirm assistance is enroute, and notify subscribers.
  • Maintain meticulous records of all emergency responses in our computer systems.
  • Uphold strict confidentiality concerning sensitive information.
  • Embrace and adapt to new software tools while effectively multitasking to fulfill various responsibilities.

Qualifications We Seek:

  • Willingness to work rotating shifts, including days, afternoons, overnights, weekends, and statutory holidays.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in community care and public safety is highly regarded.
  • Exhibit composure in a fastpaced environment, especially during highpressure situations.
  • Intermediate computer skills, including strong data entry and keyboarding capabilities.
  • Must successfully pass preemployment testing.
  • Must provide a criminal record check that meets management's approval.
