Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Process alarm signals quickly, accurately, and professionally, even in highpressure situations
  • Dispatch the proper authorities, verify that assistance is en route and notify subscribers.
  • Maintain precise records of all alarm responses in our computer systems.
  • Uphold the utmost confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
  • Embrace new software and multitask effectively to complete various tasks.

Qualifications We Seek:

  • Proficiency in both English and French is a valuable asset.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts, including days, afternoons, overnights, weekends, and statutory holidays.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in delivering exceptional customer service is highly regarded.
  • Exhibit composure in a fastpaced environment, especially during highpressure situations.
  • Intermediate computer skills, including strong data entry and keyboarding capabilities.
  • Must successfully pass preemployment testing.
  • Must provide a criminal record check that meets management's approval.
