Bethesda is currently recruiting for
Manager, Children's Services. This position will be based in
Thorold.

Key Responsibilities:


Working to promote Bethesda's values, vision and mission statement, the Manager, Children's Services effectively manages the daily operations of the various programs in Children's Services to promote and ensure the goals and objectives of the organization and programs are met.

The position provides planning, coordination and administration of the programs.

Qualifications:


Applicants must have a University degree in related field, formal management training, demonstrated management experience, and working knowledge of community services for children and families in the Niagara Region.

Demonstrated experienced working with children who have a Developmental Disability or an Autism Spectrum Disorder.

A valid driver's license and ability to utilize personal vehicle for business purposes. English/ French bilingualism is an asset. A demonstrated strong attendance is mandatory. A clean disciplinary record is required.
