Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Cabinet Finishing Supervisor to join our team.

As a Cabinet Finishing Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all finishes are correctly applied to cabinets and ensuring high-quality craftsmanship.

This position requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work with various materials and tools. A comprehensive understanding of the finishing process is required.

Supervisory responsibilities:

  • Ensure that cabinets are prepared for finishing by sanding, filling, and repairing any imperfections
  • Ensure that stains, paints, varnishes, or other finishes are applied to cabinets according to specifications
  • Use power tools and hand tools to complete finishing tasks
  • Inspect finished cabinets for quality and make any necessary touchups or repairs
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

Skills:

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
  • Experience with project planning
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to produce highquality work
  • Problem solving skills to resolve technical finishing issues.
  • Physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing or bending
  • Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in cabinet finishing

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Pay:
$28.00-$37.00 per hour

Expected hours:
No less than 40 per week
