Admissions Supervisor

Chudleigh's Apple Farm Is looking for an
Admissions Supervisor to join our team for the summer and fall season
Availability: May 24th until October 31st.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Guest Services Manager
• Minimum grade 12 education
• Must possess strong leadership skills, with demonstrated ability to build relationships and manage staff at all levels
• Strong dispute resolution skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Energetic and positive
• Must be able to work flexible hours including evening, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment and good stress management

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide and maintain a positive, safe, & energetic environment where all staff work as a highly functioning team
• Monitor staff performance and hold staff accountable for their performance
• Ensuring guest's experiences meet the highest standards & resolving any escalated guest experience issues
• Schedule staff accordingly based on business needs
• Manage and maintain ticketing scanning hardware
• Other duties as assigned
