Admissions Supervisor

Chudleigh's Apple Farm Is looking for an **Admissions Supervisor** to join our team for the summer and fall season **Availability: May 24th until October 31st.**

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a Guest Services Manager
- Minimum grade 12 education
- Must possess strong leadership skills, with demonstrated ability to build relationships and manage staff at all levels
- Strong dispute resolution skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Energetic and positive
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evening, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and good stress management

**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Provide and maintain a positive, safe, & energetic environment where all staff work as a highly functioning team
- Monitor staff performance and hold staff accountable for their performance
- Ensuring guest’s experiences meet the highest standards & resolving any escalated guest experience issues
- Schedule staff accordingly based on business needs
- Manage and maintain ticketing scanning hardware
- Other duties as assigned
