Under the supervision of the Front Office Manager, the Guest Services Supervisor is responsible for providing guidance for the Guest Services team while ensuring the highest level of customer service for our guests.

The Guest Services Supervisor is also responsible for daily check in and out procedures, handling guest inquiries, and providing basic concierge services.

Full-time/Permanent
Daily management of reservations and virtual check-in pre-arrival duties including payment processing, online registration verification, damage deposits.

Field guest complaints and inquiries while developing and negotiating the most effective solutions within the parameters outlined by the Front Office Manager.

Complete daily check lists and clearly communicate through daily pass on with colleagues and with Front Office Manager.
Fulfill all other assigned tasks as per the request of Front Office Manager and General Manager.
In-person check-ins and checkouts of hotel guests.
Complete daily administrative tasks while handling guest interactions via in-person, phone, email, internal e-messaging, 3rd party messaging.

Work with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for arrivals and total room inventory is accurately reflected.

Hotel PMS experience preferred but not required. Knowledge of Webrez Pro is an asset.
