The main responsibilities of this role include visiting clients for all our new projects with the goal of selling a secondary project.

The key services the consultant will provide are as follows:

  • Generating secondary project sales for various services such as kitchens, bathrooms, basements, roofing, painting, flooring, and windows.
  • Conducting project inspections within 12 days of commencement to assess progress and identify potential issues or obstacles, reporting them promptly to the relevant parties.
  • Building strong client relationships through scheduled meetings, actively listening to clients' needs, concerns, and preferences, and providing excellent customer service to enhance satisfaction.
  • Implementing sales strategies tailored to each client's specific needs and interests, emphasizing the advantages of purchasing a second project to showcase its value.
  • Striving to convert at least 1 out of 15 existing clients to purchase a second project, regularly reviewing and analyzing sales performance, and implementing strategies to improve conversion rates and achieve sales objectives.
  • Collaborating with the sales team, sharing insights and strategies for successful conversions to foster a supportive and collaborative environment.
  • Maintaining accurate records of project visits, client interactions, and sales progress, along with preparing regular reports detailing sales performance, achievements, and challenges, which will be shared with management along with suggestions for improvement measures.
  • Ensuring strict compliance with all company policies, ethical standards, and industry regulations, upholding the company's reputation and values in all client interactions and business dealings.
The commission structure is 100% based on commission.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales and a track record of achieving targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Ability to assess project progress and identify potential issues.
  • Resultsdriven with a focus on achieving sales objectives.
  • Collaborative team player with a customercentric approach.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with home improvement services is a plus.
