  • Implementation and Configuration:
    Lead or take part in carrying out SAP Group Reporting solutions, involving SAP BPC (Business Planning and Consolidation) or SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting. Customize SAP Group Reporting applications to align with the financial consolidation and reporting needs of the organization.
  • Business Process Analysis:
    Analyze financial consolidation processes and reporting needs within the organization to pinpoint areas for enhancement and optimization using SAP Group Reporting solutions. Engage with finance and accounting stakeholders to grasp their requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Solution Design:
    Create comprehensive financial consolidation and reporting solutions according to business requirements, leveraging SAP Group Reporting best practices and features. Devise integration strategies between SAP Group Reporting and other SAP modules or third-party systems.
  • System Testing and Support:
    Execute system testing encompassing unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing. Offer assistance during the testing phase and after implementation to address issues and enhance performance.
  • Training and Documentation:
    Formulate training resources and deliver training sessions for end-users on SAP Group Reporting applications. Generate documentation including user guides, workflow diagrams, and configuration records.
  • Collaboration:
    Collaborate with multifaceted teams comprising finance, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure financial consolidation processes are in alignment with overarching business objectives. Liaise with SAP Group Reporting implementation partners and vendors when necessary.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    Stay abreast of the latest SAP Group Reporting advancements and industry trends. Spot opportunities for enhancing financial consolidation processes and the SAP Group Reporting system.

Requirements:

  • Experience:
  • Demonstrated experience in SAP Group Reporting implementation and configuration.
  • Experience with SAP BPC or SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting.
  • Knowledge of financial consolidation principles, reporting standards (e.g., IFRS or GAAP), and regulatory requirements.
  • Familiarity with integration between SAP Group Reporting and other SAP modules (e.g., SAP ERP) and external systems.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in SAP Group Reporting configuration and customization.
  • Strong comprehension of SAP BPC or SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting functionalities, data models, and consolidation techniques.
  • Understanding of SAP Fiori user interface and SAP Analytics Cloud integration with SAP Group Reporting.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Robust analytical and issue-solving competencies.
  • Capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
  • Attentive to details with an emphasis on precision and adherence.
  • Certification: SAP Group Reporting certification is desirable but not obligatory.
