The CSR builds valuable relationships with customers by providing exceptional service throughout the vehicle repair process.

This is a full-time position Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm in our Collision Centre Office.

We offer an excellent compensation package, comprehensive health benefits.

Responsibilities:

  • Willing to learn how to write repair estimates.
  • Treat all customers in a courteous and respectful manner at all times.
  • Answer phone calls.
  • Provide customers with vehicle repair updates.
  • Communicate with insurance companies.
  • Arrange rental assistance for customers.
  • Order and receive parts.
  • Other duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • Able to adjust and work in fast paced environment.
  • Great people skills.
  • Customer and team focus.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail.
