- Contribute to the development of signature cocktails that showcase your creativity and the restaurant's identity.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and a memorable dining experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Mixologist/Bartender
- Fluency in both English and French, enabling effective communication with a diverse clientele.
- Passion for mixology and a strong desire to create exceptional and visually appealing cocktails.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, enhancing interactions with both guests and colleagues.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
