Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and Serve Beverages: Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and beers, to our guests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide Excellent Service: Provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Maintain a Clean and Organized Bar: Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Stay Knowledgeable: Stay up-to-date on our menu offerings, liquor brands, and non-alcoholic selections, ensuring accurate information is provided to guests.
- Work as a Team: Collaborate with other bartenders and waiters to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
- Experience: A minimum of three years' experience as a bartender in an upscale dining setting.
- Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Adaptability: Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team, in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of POS Systems: Knowledge of POS systems, an asset.
Annual salary range: 70k - 100k
