Toronto, Ontario, Canada Greenshield Holdings Full time

WHO WE ARE
When it comes to health, we're always looking for ways to push for better. It's why we were founded in the first place.

In 1957, our founder, pharmacist William Wilkinson, witnessed a mother sacrifice her health by forgoing her own medicine to pay for her sick daughter's prescription.

He knew there had to be a better way.

So, he introduced North America's first prepaid drug plan, and GreenShield was born as a not-for-profit with a mission to support better health for all Canadians.

We aren't just a health and benefits company. We're the only not-for-profit social enterprise that brings worlds of coverage and care together, all in one place.

We're noble challengers, purposefully building a better way and we need the best people to help us create a more holistic approach that takes care of the mind and body.

Our mission is to create better health for all Canadians, and we know that starts with our employees.

GreenShield Health is on a mission to improve your mental health at home, at work and beyond. We offer accessible, affordable and effective digital mental health solutions for individuals and organizations that care.

With secure virtual counselling, personalized therapist matching services and digital-first employee wellness programs, we're helping over a million people start feeling better without the wait.

Want to help people get the support they need when they actually need it? You're in the right place.

We are seeking an implementation specialist to support the technical migration from our legacy mental health platforms to Greenshield+.

You will work closely with our Implementation Managers as we execute our migration plan and ensure each client is configured accurately.

At times you will interact with our clients to confirm or clarify configuration requirements.

To be successful in this role, you will have both a technical aptitude well as exceptional analytical, communication, and customer service skills.

The role in a nutshell:

  • Follow established project plan for each client, detailing the tasks that need to be completed to migrate from our legacy portal to the Greenshield+ portal
  • Collecting and formatting employee eligibility files
  • Understand program components that need to be configured
  • Gather data from clients either directly or through our Account Management team
  • Communicate with clients as needed to clarify details about their account
  • Support Implementation managers in client communication or meetings
  • Support Implementation managers in educating clients on how their employees register on Greenshield+ and access Health services.
  • Installing/configuring clients on our system and ensuring accuracy in the package details
  • Maintain communication with Account Managers about the status of migration including identifying any challenges or issues

What we are looking for:

  • University degree or equivalent experience
  • 13 years of work experience (Customer Service, project management, business operations, or similar)
  • Knowledge of or interest in health, mental health, or pharmacy operations
  • Experience using Slack, Microsoft suite, Gsuite, and Asana
  • Experience working in a technical role in backend systems; ideally in software implementation
  • Sound technical knowledge.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to communicate information clearly to a broad audience and understand users' questions and effectively disseminate technical information is essential
  • Selfmotivated with an ability to effectively multitask and be comfortable with tight deadlines; results and detailed oriented
  • Fast learner and quick thinker
  • Bilingual (French) is nice to have

Where your growth means our growth.

Where your voice is heard and valued.

Where your work has purpose. And purpose matters.

We believe our people are critical to our overall success. Inclusivity makes us a stronger, smarter and more informed organization.

Being intentionally inclusive of diverse backgrounds, perspectives and experiences will enhance our company culture to positively impact how we support our communities.
