En tant que Développeur·euse :
Développer des applications logicielles en utilisant des technologies modernes; Rédiger un code propre, efficace et bien documenté; Collaborer avec des équipes multidisciplinaires pour concevoir et mettre en œuvre de nouvelles fonctionnalités; Veiller à ce que les applications soient sécurisées, évolutives et performantes; Dépanner et déboguer les problèmes lorsqu'ils se présentent; Se tenir au courant des nouvelles technologies et des meilleures pratiques; Optimiser les applications en termes de performances, d'évolutivité et d'optimisation des moteurs de recherche; Développer et maintenir des API et des bases de données pour intégrer les applications à d'autres systèmes.En tant que Scrum Master :
Faciliter les cérémonies Scrum telles que les revues de sprint, les réunions de planification, les rétrospectives et les scrums quotidiens. Aider le Product Owner à créer des tâches spécifiques pouvant être intégrées dans le backlog du sprint. Éliminer les obstacles qui entravent la progression de l'équipe, en veillant à ce que les membres de l'équipe disposent des ressources nécessaires pour mener à bien leur travail. Promouvoir une culture de collaboration, d'apprentissage continu et d'amélioration au sein de l'équipe, en encourageant la transparence, l'inspection et l'adaptation. Éduquer et coacher l'équipe sur les pratiques Agile, en mettant l'accent sur l'auto-organisation et la responsabilité collective. As a Developer & Scrum Master on a team, you'll play two key roles.
In the Developer role, you'll use your technical expertise to turn the customer's vision into reality by creating a quality product. To achieve your goals, you'll work closely with a multidisciplinary project team.
At the same time, as Scrum Master, you will play a key role in facilitating and implementing Agile practices within your team. You will be responsible for guiding the team in the adoption and application of Scrum principles, ensuring that processes run efficiently and that development goals are met on time.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Developer:
Develop software applications using modern technologies. Write clean, efficient and well-documented code. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement new functionalities. Ensure that applications are secure, scalable and high-performance. Troubleshoot and debug problems as they arise. Keep abreast of new technologies and best practices. Optimize applications in terms of performance, scalability and search engine optimization. Develop and maintain APIs and databases to integrate applications with other systems.As Scrum Master:
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as sprint reviews, planning meetings, retrospectives and daily scrums. Help the Product Owner create specific tasks that can be integrated into the sprint backlog. Remove obstacles to the team's progress, ensuring that team members have the resources they need to get the job done. Promote a culture of collaboration, continuous learning and improvement within the team, encouraging transparency, inspection and adaptation. Educate and coach the team on Agile practices, emphasizing self-organization and collective responsibility. Ensure clear and transparent communication within the team and with stakeholders, ensuring that relevant information is shared effectively. Provide reports on team health and sprint progress to internal stakeholders, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.OUR EXPECTATIONS
Minimum years' experience in software development. Diploma/bachelor's degree in software engineering or computer engineering or other relevant training. Practical experience as a Scrum Master, with a good understanding of Agile principles.
