About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to join our dynamic team at Pixsense. As a key member of our Agile team, you will play a crucial role in facilitating Scrum events, guiding the development team, and ensuring the effective implementation of Scrum principles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and facilitate Scrum events, including planning meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
  • Guide the development team and Product Owner in the effective implementation of Scrum
  • Remove obstacles hindering the team's progress and foster a culture of continuous improvement
  • Ensure transparent communication among all stakeholders and support the team in delivering planned increment objectives
  • Manage and optimize the flow of delivered value
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent in IT
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of information technology
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work independently and motivate the team
  • In-depth knowledge of agile methods and Scrum
What We Offer
