NATURE DU TRAVAIL
Le poste de conseiller pédagogique comprend la responsabilité de fournir des conseils et un soutien au personnel des
établissements et des services d'enseignement dans la mise en œuvre, l'élaboration et l'évaluation des programmes d'études,
de la gestion des classes et du matériel pédagogique dans le cadre du Plan d'action numérique du ministère de l'Éducation du
Québec.

CARACTÉRISTIQUES
Ce consultant assistera les administrateurs, les enseignants et les autres professionnels dans la sélection et la mise en

œuvre des programmes liés à NEXTSchool.
Le consultant en éducation participe à la réalisation du projet NEXTSchool ; il participe au développement, à la mise en

œuvre et à l'évaluation du projet, tout en respectant les exigences académiques et administratives des établissements
d'enseignement et de la commission scolaire.

Le conseiller pédagogique participe à la réalisation du projet éducatif et des projets spéciaux des établissements
d'enseignement ; il participe à l'élaboration, à la mise en oeuvre et à l'évaluation de leur plan de réussite, dans le respect
des exigences académiques et administratives des établissements d'enseignement et de la commission scolaire.

Il ou elle conseille et soutient les enseignants, individuellement ou en groupe, sur des questions relatives à leurs activités
quotidiennes d'enseignement ; il ou elle développe ou sélectionne et fournit des activités de formation et d'instrumentation
conçues pour répondre aux besoins en matière d'adaptation, d'innovation et de développement pédagogiques.

RESPONSABILITÉS et TÂCHES
Assister l'équipe de la NEXT School dans l'alignement du curriculum et la mise en œuvre du projet NEXTSchool.
Soutenir la coordination de projets pluridisciplinaires.
Soutenir l'organisation d'activités éducatives.
Analyser et élaborer des recommandations pour soutenir l'avancement du projet de l'école NEXT.
Préparation du rapport de fin d'année.
Soutenir les équipes scolaires dans la collecte de données relatives à l'avancement du parcours.
Assurer la liaison avec les parties prenantes.
Répondre aux besoins des équipes scolaires en suggérant des ressources et des programmes fondés sur des données

probantes qui soutiennent la vision de la NEXT School.
Fournir aux équipes scolaires des formations de développement professionnel.
Aider à la coordination de l'horaire flexible des élèves.
