- Assist in managing the day-to-day financial operations of the automotive department.
- Work closely with the Finance Manager to analyze financial data and provide insights for decision-making.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial goals align with overall business objectives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining financing options and terms to customers.
- Assist in implementing cost-saving initiatives and process improvements within the finance department.

**Requirements**:

- The Desire to grow and develop into a Full Finance Manager
- Previous experience in a finance-related role, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data.
- Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of automotive financing processes and regulations is a plus.
- A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in financial matters.
