Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls, screen and direct accordingly, take and relay messages
  • Deal with queries from the sales representatives and customers
  • Invoicing
  • Preparing export documents and maintain filing system
  • Prepare correspondences and documents
  • Arrange and followup courier pickups and deliveries
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • Assure stationery inventory and supplies
  • Keep inventory up to date of all brochures in the rep room
  • Perform other clerical duties such as photocopying and faxing

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist or similar role (2 years preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and organize many diverse tasks at once
  • Great communication skills, fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Minimum 2 years experience

Salary:
$20.00-$23.00 per hour

  • Secondary School (preferred)
