Administrator
We are looking for an experienced Administrator to work with our dynamic and growing team.
The primary focus of this role to is to support operational excellence and the continued growth of the Canada West brand through delivering high levels of customer satisfaction, effective job and crew scheduling, timely purchasing of materials and supplies, and warranty follow-up.
Core Responsibilities:
Providing reception duties for walk-in customers, directing them to the correct person.
Creating sales orders and invoices from our system. Assisting sales persons with paperwork.
Answer phone calls from existing or potential customers, creating and maintaining productive professional relationships.
Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge to enable moderately complex technical discussions about CWGD products.
Assist with billing, accounting and other administrative functions.
Providing other administrative assistance and support as required to ensure the smooth and effective functioning of the office.
Requirements:
3-5 years of office administration work experience is preferred, with experience in the construction products and supply sector a significant asset.
A natural drive to succeed and surpass personal goals while developing positive relationships with peers, customers, vendors, suppliers and other service providers.
Organization abilities to keep multiple and competing priorities on track.
Well-developed skills with Microsoft Office and other software.
