Responsibilities:

  • Food Preparation:
  • Execute food preparation tasks according to established recipes and standards.
  • Ensure the freshness and quality of ingredients used in each dish.
  • Cooking and Presentation:
  • Cook and plate dishes with precision and attention to detail.
  • Maintain consistency in flavor, appearance, and portion size.
  • Station Management:
  • Manage and organize the assigned cooking station before helping others with their stations.
  • Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Adherence to Standards:
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Comply with established kitchen procedures and recipes.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the restaurant team to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Communicate effectively with other staff members for smooth service flow.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 year experience in a restaurant kitchen.
  • Knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced, highpressure environment.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering highquality dishes.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
