**Responsibilities**:

- Food Preparation:

- Execute food preparation tasks according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure the freshness and quality of ingredients used in each dish.
- Cooking and Presentation:

- Cook and plate dishes with precision and attention to detail.
- Maintain consistency in flavor, appearance, and portion size.
- Station Management:

- Manage and organize the assigned cooking station before helping others with their stations.
- Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Adherence to Standards:

- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Comply with established kitchen procedures and recipes.
- Collaboration:

- Work closely with the restaurant team to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Communicate effectively with other staff members for smooth service flow.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 3 year experience in a restaurant kitchen.
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality dishes.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- ability to train kitchen staff is a bonus.
