What We're Looking For:

We are looking for a high potential leader to contribute to our Direct-to-Consumer Marketing Team.

As a DTC Marketing Strategist, you will activate quarterly campaigns by priority channels as set out in strong collaboration with the Brand Managers.

Reporting to the DTC Marketing Manager, our DTC Marketing Strategist will take on the ownership of executing the marketing strategies for a dedicated portfolio of brands and plans previously validated with each Brand Manager to increase DTC sales.


What You'll Do:

  • Coordinate the execution of marketing and digital campaigns to increase sales, traffic, and conversion
  • Define marketing campaigns planning and ensure their good executions by working with each specialist (Websites updates, Newsletters, Club shipments, Events, Ads, etc.)
  • Provide insights and recommendations on the previous quarter's performance
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs to ensure marketing initiatives are driving profitable acquisition and conversion
  • Leverage web analytics and business intelligence tools to better understand our customers and share insights to define actions to pivot, modify, and optimize.
  • Coordinate with third party partners (Providing briefs, copy, targets and assets to agencies to implement ads (Google, Programmatic, Local Media))

What You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related
  • 3+ years' experience in digital marketing
  • Demonstrated experience managing CRM, segmenting customers, & mapping customer journeys
  • Strong technical skills in HTML, CSS, SQL
  • Ability to establish and meet deadlines
  • Strong project management skills

An Asset to Have:

  • Adobe Creative Suite skills
  • Experience with ActiveCampaign and/or Salesforce
  • Experience with Google Analytics
