Summary

Reporting to the Director, People & Culture, this working leadership role is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and optimizing Enerflex's HR Information System (SAP SuccessFactors). Ensures effective utilization of SuccessFactors to support people processes and initiatives, driving efficiency, accuracy, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. Effectively partners with our regional businesses to support their success, while ensuring compliance and system excellence is maintained.

Principle Responsibilities and Duties

Partners with the regional HR teams and other key stakeholders to develop and execute on an aligned roadmap that identifies and prioritizes the remaining implementation and system stabilization initiatives Balances regional requirements with global and system best practices to ensure solutions and configuration are applied consistently, localizing as necessary Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and external vendors, to integrate SuccessFactors with other systems and platforms Develops and maintains appropriate training materials and documentation to facilitate continuous system education Manages data migration and system configuration activities Identifies opportunities to streamline HR processes and workflows through automation, system enhancements and implementation of evolving best practices Works closely with Regional HRIS and HR Leaders to understand their needs and requirements, proposing and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and user experience Conducts regular audits of system configurations and data to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements Ensures SuccessFactors SOX compliance, including consulting with auditors and regions to ensure evolving compliance laws are met and proper controls are maintained Maintains data security through regular quarterly access reviews (coordinated through the IT Security team), balancing segregation of duties with teams' abilities to work efficiently and effectively Maintains system audit trails through regular review of RBP and workflows and ensures regional HRIS are aware and trained in SuccessFactors SOX compliance Develops and maintains key business reporting, dashboards, and people analytics to provide actionable insights to HR and business leaders Leverages relationships with SuccessFactors representatives, external consultants, and other companies using SuccessFactors to stay abreast of product updates, roadmap developments, and industry trends In conjunction with the HR IT team, manages vendor contracts and service agreements related to SuccessFactors and other external systems (e.g., Learning Management System, Spinifex, LinkedIn)

Qualifications

A degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or equivalent experience A minimum of 8 years' experience as a senior-level HRIS Analyst or related role Deep subject matter expertise in the implementation and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding/Offboarding, Performance Management and Compensation Excellent project management, change management and communication skills, including the ability to translate business requirements into effective system solutions Ability to lead a remote team in a global environment Champions and role models Enerflex's values and culture, demonstrating Integrity, Commitment, Creativity & Success Exhibits a strong customer service orientation and is proficient in building consensus and gaining alignment with key stakeholders
