What you'll be doing
- _Prospecting and developing potential permanent placement orders, identifying the particular needs of existing and prospective clients. Marketing Adecco's permanent placement services in addition to other lines of business when applicable. Performing follow up calls to gather information regarding open positions with clients and prospects and maintaining up to date records of all client contact and visits._
- _Ensuring placement activities abide by all laws and regulations as they pertain to employment._
- _Servicing and continuing to develop established accounts by consistently following up with clients to ensure quality service delivery and resolve issues as required. _
- _Assisting the Branch Manager in identifying and developing local opportunities for increased exposure of Adecco. Representing the organization as a member of professional associations, community groups, and business organizations to promote the Adecco brand and expand business contacts._

About you:

- _Completion of post-secondary education in related field or years of equivalent experience demonstrating progressive responsibility._
- _A minimum of two (2) years of recruitment experience_
- _Outside sales experience is highly desired_
- _Bilingualism (French/English) is required _
- _Working knowledge of labour and employment laws_
- _Proficient with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook._
- _Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, along with an ability to influence and motivate others._
- _Superior organizational skills. While meeting deadlines consistently, can effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize any new tasks as required._
- _Proactive and able to solve problems effectively and rapidly using excellent analytical skills and recommending and implementing creative solutions._
- _Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships. _
- _Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs._
