Digital Strategy and Execution:
Develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with business objectives, market trends, and customer needs.

Foster a culture of digital innovation and experimentation within the organization, encouraging cross-functional collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning to drive creativity, agility, and adaptability in digital initiatives.

Lead strategic partnerships and collaborations with technology vendors, startups, and industry experts to access cutting-edge technologies, expertise, and resources that accelerate digital innovation, enhance capabilities, and drive business growth.

Establish key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and performance dashboards to monitor the effectiveness, impact, and ROI of digital initiatives, providing regular reporting and insights to senior leadership and stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making and strategic course corrections.

Oversee feasibility studies, risk assessments, and technical evaluations for new Digital application development projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, technical feasibility, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.

Lead the adoption of agile development methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines to accelerate application delivery cycles, improve collaboration, and ensure continuous integration and deployment of high-quality applications.

Ensure robust testing, QA, and performance optimization processes to ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of applications, leveraging automated testing tools, performance monitoring, and feedback mechanisms to drive continuous improvement and user satisfaction.

Collaborate with business leaders, product owners, and stakeholders to define technology roadmaps that align with strategic business objectives, customer needs, and market trends, ensuring a clear and prioritized pipeline of digital initiatives that deliver measurable value and impact.

Provide oversight to ensure robust methodologies, tools, and governance structures to ensure successful delivery of digital solutions.

Foster strong relationships and communication channels with internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership, business units, IT teams, vendors, and partners, to facilitate collaboration, alignment, and decision-making that accelerates technology delivery and drives business outcomes.

Drive continuous improvement and optimization of technology delivery processes, methodologies, and tools, leveraging feedback, performance metrics, and lessons learned to identify opportunities for efficiency gains, innovation, and excellence in execution.

Oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive application support strategies, policies, and procedures that ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of enterprise applications, minimizing downtime, disruptions, and business impact.

Develop and ensure proactive monitoring, incident management, and troubleshooting processes to identify and resolve application issues, bottlenecks, and performance gaps in a timely manner, minimizing risks and ensuring business continuity.

Collaborate with IT operations, infrastructure teams, and vendors to plan and implement upgrades, patches, and enhancements to enterprise applications, ensuring compatibility, stability, and compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

Collaborate with business leaders to develop and execute an end-to-end CRM strategy that encompasses customer segmentation, personalized marketing, sales automation, customer service optimization, and post-sales support, leveraging data-driven insights, analytics, and automation to create seamless and engaging customer experiences throughout the customer lifecycle.

Lead the implementation of CRM platforms, tools, and analytics solutions to capture, manage, and leverage customer data effectively, gaining insights into customer behavior, preferences, and trends that inform decision-making and drive business growth.

Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to align CRM efforts with business goals, revenue targets, and customer experience objectives, fostering a customer-centric culture and mindset that drives sustainable business growth and competitive differentiation.

Review CRM performance metrics, KPIs, and ROI, providing regular reporting and insights to stakeholders and senior leadership to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and optimize CRM strategies and initiatives for maximum impact and value.

Robotic Process Automation (RPA):

Provide direction for comprehensive process assessments, automation feasibility studies, and ROI analyses to identify, prioritize, and ensure implementation of RPA opportunities across business functions and processes, maximizing efficiency gains, cost savings, and operational benefits.

Oversee the design, development, and deployment of RPA solutions, leveraging automation tools, machine learning algorithms, and AI technologies to automate repetitive tasks, streamline workflows, and improve operational efficiency.

Direct implementation of governance frameworks, standards, and controls for RPA processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, data security, and auditability, while mitigating risks and ensuring reliability and scalability of RPA implementations.

Ensure monitoring of RPA performance metrics, KPIs, and operational dashboards to track automation effectiveness, identify areas for optimization, and drive continuous improvement and innovation in RPA processes, optimizing automation workflows, and enhancing business outcomes.

Build and lead a high-performing team of digital solutions professionals, providing mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunities.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field; Over 10 years of progressive experience, including senior-level roles. Proven track record in technology application delivery, development, and support.
Experienced in technology leadership roles, focusing on application development, technology delivery, enterprise application support, CRM, and RPA.
Strong understanding of software development methodologies, architecture principles, and emerging technologies. Experience with agile methodologies and practices, driving agility and responsiveness in infrastructure operations.
Skilled in managing cross-functional teams, projects, and budgets. Expertise in managing vendor relationships and strategic partnerships to drive value and innovation.
Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
