Our Training and Quality Specialist will be responsible for conducting quality inspections on installations performed by our authorized agents and internal technicians within our Eastlink systems.

Responsibilities will include travel, performing quality inspections, conducting audits, training, mentoring/coaching and addressing customer escalations.


The Training and Quality Specialist will work closely with other Training and Quality Team members, assisting in both creation and delivery of technical training programs.

Additionally, this role will assist in the development and delivery of training courses for new products equipment deployed in the field.


Qualifications:

  • Post-Secondary education (Electronics background an asset) and/or equivalent experience
  • Experience in adult education will be considered a strong asset
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently, with maintaining a high level of accuracy to detail
  • Must possess a valid driver's license, company vehicle provided
