We are looking for an
OFFER-PROJECT PLANNING MANAGER, REM to strengthen the Planning team.

Missions:

  • Oversee the coordination of schedules on all project modifications (internal or external)
  • Ensures with the support of the Project planning & reporting manager that all the impacts of the changes are integrated into the general schedule of the project.
  • Participates in the implementation of schedule management tools.
  • Ensures the consistency of the planning of its scope with all internal and external actors.
  • Adheres to all project management plans and all Alstom procedures in force.
  • Participates in the production of internal and external monthly reports as required.
  • Participates in the management of the schedule and forecasts of activities following the monthly cycle, in particular:
Ensures the integrity of the progress of activities within its scope.

Ensures the management of relevant indicators to visualize the progress of its scope.

Alerts the Project Planning and Reporting Manager or any other leader of the project management team in the event of a significant discrepancy between

the project planning reference and the actual progress.

Identifies, proposes, and develops mitigation plans to reduce proven delays or guard against potential delays.

Ensures the production of schedule deliverables on a periodic basis.

  • Participates in regular coordination and planning progress meetings.
  • Participates and if necessary, organizes internal and external planning coordination meetings.
  • Participates in weekly meetings with change management teams.
  • Ensures animation around the consolidation of the timeliness impacts of changes.

Desired Profile:

  • Engineering training or diploma in project management.
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in planning management on complex projects or offers in the railway or industrial environment.
  • Knowledge in project management: Understanding the contractual context, progress measurement, technical knowledge: Vcycle, implementation, and deployment of project planning subsystem.
  • Knowledge of Planning tools (Primavera, and/or MS project), and Office, obligatory.
  • Fluency in French and English
