WHEN YOU JOIN US YOU WILL BE;

  • Cultivating proactive culture of community and twoway engagement with both B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Effectively shuffling between multiple brand accounts and social media channels to facilitate conversations with a wide variety of endusers.
  • Tracking social media performance and engagement data on third party platforms (such as Similarweb, Semrush or similar) and report monthly on aggregated data with proactive suggestions for improvements.
  • Respond to questions, comments, and customer queries in a timely manner.
  • Escalating challenges to relevant departments within the business in a timely manner.
  • Coordinating and communicate closely with the HSS social media manager as they drive content development cycles.
  • Working with marketing services managers to ensure that their priorities and strategic plans are at the center of their respective brands social media messaging.
  • Facilitating an ongoing relationship with customer facing sales representatives to ensure that tone and content reflect voiceofcustomer, as well as the culture of the marketplace.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE;

  • Must have the ability to multitask and effectively operate several social media accounts across a variety of industries.
  • Knowledgeable in social media management and analytics tools.
  • Must understand social media analytics and a proven ability to showcase results to stakeholders on a monthly basis in layman's terms.
  • Must have a proven track record of community building and relationship building.
  • Nice to have whit, charm, charisma, a sense of humor and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
  • Passionate in the vitality of spelling and grammatical accuracy.
  • Must have the ability to deal effectively with people at all levels of the organization.
  • Must have the ability to work under time constraints and adapt to change.
  • Must have a strong attention to detail and project management skills.
  • Must have an organizational skills and project management experience
