Responsibilities:

Social Media Assistance:

  • Assist in developing and executing social media strategies across various platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create, schedule, and publish content that aligns with the company's brand voice and marketing goals.
  • Monitor social media channels and engage with the online community.

Content Creation:

  • Generate creative and visually appealing content, including graphics, images, and text, to support social media campaigns.
  • Capture highquality photo and video content to be used across social media channels.

Video Production:

  • Shoot, edit, and produce engaging video content for promotional purposes, product launches, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative video techniques to enhance content quality.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather information and ensure accurate representation of products and services in content.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Monitor social media analytics to measure the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular reports on key social media metrics, trends, and insights.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
  • Proficiency in video shooting, editing, and production using tools like Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Detailoriented and highly organized.

$18.00-$21.00 per hour
