Your Role in a Nutshell

BoomerangFX is seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant & Social Media Manager to support the CEO and oversee their social media presence. The ideal candidate will excel in multitasking, have exceptional communication skills, and demonstrate a strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.

Responsibilities

Social Media Management:


• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with Boomerang's goals and brand identity.


• Create engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, , and Instagram.


• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across all social media channels, fostering positive engagement and relationships with followers.


• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing, sharing insights and recommendations with the team.


• Manage the CEO's personal social media accounts, including drafting and scheduling posts, responding to messages, and maintaining an active online presence.

Office Management:


• Manage and organize the CEO's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.


• Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.


• Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring seamless execution.


• Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, correspondence, and document preparation.


• Maintain office supplies inventory and equipment, anticipating needs and reordering as necessary.

Qualifications:


• Proven experience in executive assistance and social media management roles, with a focus on strategy development and content creation.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.


• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


• Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and brand storytelling.
