Position Purpose

The Associate Vice President (AVP), Marketing New Member Acquisition will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer as part of the Marketing Leadership team. In this role, you will be equipped with a wealth of thought leadership and a unique brand to drive demand. Your primary objective will be to develop and implement performance marketing strategies to boost demand, acquire customers, and increase revenue. This position requires a mix of visionary thinking and practical execution to advance our company. Your leadership will play a key role in meeting our ambitious growth targets, leaving a lasting impact on both our market presence and internal team development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Acquisition Marketing strategy to generate qualified leads, sales meetings, and pipeline growth through various channels.
  • Shape the future of our marketing and demand generation strategy.
  • Forecast, monitor, and optimize marketing performance and budget, including MQL/SQL process, lead scoring, and attribution. Enhance our current lead attribution model. Manage and optimize program spending for maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate with Acquisition Sales leadership to help achieve Sales Goals and drive overall sales outcomes.
  • Work closely with Acquisition Sales Teams to optimize processes, systems, and approaches for sales staff.
  • Lead the New Member Acquisition Marketing team in executing programs and campaigns across North America, UK, and APAC markets.
  • Organize and prioritize projects, campaigns, and initiatives of the New Member Acquisition Marketing team.
  • Lead by example, provide hands-on support to ensure flawless execution of campaigns and programs.
  • Mentor, develop, and recruit a New Member Acquisition Marketing team for future scalability of Info-Tech.
  • Stay informed on industry regulations, trends, technologies, and strategies for innovation and compliance.
Key Selection Criteria
  • 10+ years of marketing experience, 5+ years of management experience. At Info-Tech, we value outcomes, passion, and collaboration over years of experience.
  • Extensive experience with high-growth organizations with a global presence and multiple products.
  • Demonstrated success in developing cost-effective performance marketing strategies for customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • A hands-on builder with a proactive approach and a 'get things done' mentality.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and team management abilities to foster effective partnerships across all levels of the organization.
  • Proven track record in mid-market and enterprise B2B knowledge-based products.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns and improve ROI.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Effective project management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines and handling multiple projects.
