We have a full-time opportunity for an individual with a passion for content marketing that is looking to gain experience and add value to a progressive, fast growing real estate company.


Position Overview

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute content marketing strategies to support client objectives and drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Work closely with our Creative Director and Sales team to create and refine a quarterly content strategy that supports the overall marketing and sales goals for the Condo Culture brands and our client projects.
  • Manage editorial calendars, content schedules, and workflows to ensure timely delivery and consistency across channels.
  • Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and user experience (UX) to maximize organic visibility and engagement.
  • Lead press content and public relations initiatives as part of the larger content strategy
  • Track and analyze content performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, social media analytics, and other relevant platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with the Creative Director, Marketing Coordinator and our creative team to execute on digital campaigns and project deliverables.
  • Collaborate closely with our creative and development team such as our graphic designer, video specialist, front end web developer and back end web developer
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including our agent team, admin team & new development sales team to create content and deliver integrated marketing campaigns for our multiple divisions and projects.
  • Manage, track, and report on progress on content deliverables and projects via online project management tracking tools (our team uses ClickUp).
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in content marketing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in content marketing, preferably in an agency or digital marketing environment.
  • Strong understanding of content strategy development, storytelling techniques, and audience segmentation.
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and with publishing platforms/tools.
  • Experience with SEO best practices and keyword research.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience managing a consistent editorial and content calendar across multiple project and brands.
  • Experience with social media content creation and management across key platforms such as Meta (Instagram/Facebook/Threadz), Google (YouTube), X, LinkedIn & TikTok
  • Experience working with and managing projects via management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Slack, etcetera to optimize remote working (our team uses ClickUp)
  • Proficient with GSuite tools
  • GMail, Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Sheets, etc.
  • Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Agency experience preferred but not required.
  • Real estate industry experience is preferred but not required.
