Job Title
2023 Global Asset Management, Fall Technical Operations Analyst (8-12 months)

What will you do?

  • Utilizing all available resources to perform issue investigation and troubleshooting e.g. documentation, escalations etc.
  • Monitoring and improving the availability of our software solutions and data integration batch jobs.
  • Creating and maintaining documentation for incident resolutions

What do you need to succeed?
Must-have

  • Major in computer science or an equivalent combination of education, experience and training
  • Ability to work effectively as an individual and on a team
  • A minimum of 12 years of experience with SQL, C#, Java, NodeJS, Python, and Microsoft technologies be beneficial (school project experience counts)
  • A proactive approach to spotting problems, areas for improvement, and performance bottlenecks
  • Excellent problemsolving skills, flexible approach to work and the ability to adapt to change
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with business users and technical individuals
Nice-to-have

  • Knowledgeable in ITIL processes
  • Knowledgeable in support tools: Dynatrace, Moogsoft, Pagerduty
  • Experience in writing Python, supporting managed notebook solutions (JupyterHub)
  • Experience in ElasticStack administration
