Responsibilities:

Service Responsibilities:

  • Assisting Personal Lines Specialist(s) in a portfolio of business including and not limited to:
  • Reviewing, Invoicing and completing documentation
  • Renewals and Endorsements
  • Processing client changes and followups using company portals and Epic
  • Preparing written correspondence re: policy and coverages changes
  • Updating client files on Epic
  • Entering claim information into EPIC
  • Other duties as deemed necessary to this role
  • Special projects assigned as required
  • Covering at reception desk when necessary
  • Client contact for special projects and/or payment follow up

Skills:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in event planning is a plus
  • Previous experience as a dental receptionist or medical receptionist is a plus

Salary:
From $35,000.00 per year
