Responsibilities:
**Service Responsibilities**:
- Assisting Personal Lines Specialist(s) in a portfolio of business including and not limited to:
- Reviewing, Invoicing and completing documentation - Renewals and Endorsements
- Processing client changes and follow-ups using company portals and Epic
- Preparing written correspondence re: policy and coverages changes
- Updating client files on Epic
- Entering claim information into EPIC
- Other duties as deemed necessary to this role
- Special projects assigned as required
- Covering at reception desk when necessary
- Client contact for special projects and/or payment follow up
**Skills**:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in event planning is a plus
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist or medical receptionist is a plus
**Salary**: From $35,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift

- Saint Catharines, ON L2R 5J9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
