- Provide support to Mac and iPhone users in enterprise, mixed windows/mac/linux Microsoft ADbased environment.
- Under limited supervision,uses expertise and knowledge to perform realtime support of desktops, laptops and peripherals including software/hardware errors, failures and capacity issues; troubleshoot, diagnose and escalate to senior associates.
- Under limited supervision, follows procedures for maintaining systems, imaging and deploying new computers, and supporting remote staff.
- Under limited supervision, troubleshoots networking issues in order to escalate to the appropriate teams. Work with said team to resolve issues as needed.
- Under limited supervision, uses expertise and knowledge to configure, install, maintain and upgrade computer systems hardware and software including monitors, printers, cell phones, desk phones, etc.
- Under limited supervision, review and address security/patching issues discovered on end user computers.
- Education Required: Degree qualified in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related discipline, or equivalent work experience in Data Center, Trading, Computer, or Network Operations.
- Experience Required: At least 6 years.
- Strong experience supporting Macs in enterprise (Active Directory + Jamf + O365)
- Strong experience supporting mobile devices (iPhone, Android) in enterprise
- Strong experience with computer management tools
- Fluent in English and French
- Position is primarily inoffice
